Click on the apple logo, then click on system preferences.

Click on Printers & Scanners

Click on the + (PLUS) Icon

Enter the Name of any of the following printers into the search bar (top right); 

Then click Add

When you go to print, it will prompt you for login details. Ensure you enter your school login and school password. For students it is firstname.lastname

Tick the checkbox if you would like it to remember your details, then click OK to print.

If this process has not worked, your account may be locked out, preventing you from printing, see your teacher to have them unlock you!
