• Open your internet browser (preferably Chrome or Mozilla Firefox) and type in Adobe.com/au/



  • Sign in using your department email address. If you are a student this will be your student email address as shown below. 
  • Note your password will NOT be the same as your department or student login. 
  • You will have been sent an activation email to setup your adobe account.
  •  If you've activated your account but still cannot login, press "Continue" and from there you will be able to reset your password. 



  • Select the 9 Boxes icon, and select "Creative cloud".



  • After being taken to creativecloud.adobe.com, select “Get desktop app”.




  • Select "Download".


  • Select “Continue”.



  • Select “Start Installing”.



 

  • Select “install” on the apps you require.
