- Open your internet browser (preferably Chrome or Mozilla Firefox) and type in Adobe.com/au/
- Sign in using your department email address. If you are a student this will be your student email address as shown below.
- Note your password will NOT be the same as your department or student login.
- You will have been sent an activation email to setup your adobe account.
- If you've activated your account but still cannot login, press "Continue" and from there you will be able to reset your password.
- Select the 9 Boxes icon, and select "Creative cloud".
- After being taken to creativecloud.adobe.com, select “Get desktop app”.
- Select "Download".
- Select “Continue”.
- Select “Start Installing”.
- Select “install” on the apps you require.
