In the event that you forget your Adobe Password - Please follow the steps below to resolve the situation.
Go to https://www.adobe.com/au/ and click Sign In
Type in your school email address and continue
Select Reset your password
Enter the code that was sent to your email address
Reset your password using the password complexity requirements.
You should now be good to go!
Otherwise, you can do it from the Creative Cloud App
- Launch the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application
- Click on “Forgot your password?”
- Enter your Department of Education Email address *DO NOT ENTER ANOTHER EMAIL ADDRESS AS YOUR DEPARTMENT EMAIL WAS USED TO REGISTER YOU WITH ADOBE*
- You will receive an email with instructions on resetting your password. Once completed you can log in to the computer with your new Adobe Password!
