Webex is a tool you can use to create an online chat room with your individual classes. You can share your screen, and present via webcam.

This chatroom can be active during regular class times, so students can ask you questions relevant to the Moodle texts or pre-recorded video lessons.

Webex has provided video guides on how to setup and use Webex

When scheduling a meeting, you have two options.

2. Use your personal room link.

Once you've scheduled a meeting, it should appear under meetings in the left hand side.

Once started you can adjust and test your speakers, microphone and camera.

Under Meeting info, you can invite more people to the call via meeting link or provide attendees with the meeting number.

Using the share function you can share your screen, files or draw on the whiteboard.

You also have options to record the session, and chat to all participants.
